The Hessenpokal 2010 was the 65th edition of the men's soccer cup competition. The final took place on May 11th, 2010 in the Sportpark Johannisau in Fulda .

The cup winner receives the right to start the 2010/11 DFB Cup . If the cup winner has already qualified for the DFB Cup with one of the top four places in the 3rd division , the loser in the final is qualified for the DFB Cup.

No two teams from a club or a corporation are allowed to participate in the games for the DFB club cup.
