The 2011 Hessenpokal was the 66th edition of the men's soccer cup. The final took place on May 10, 2011 in the Georg Gaßmann Stadium in Marburg .

The cup winner will have the right to start the 2011/12 DFB Cup . If the cup winner has already qualified for the DFB Cup with one of the top four places in the 3rd division , the loser in the final is qualified for the DFB Cup.

No two teams from a club or a corporation are allowed to participate in the games for the DFB club cup.

Since SV Wehen Wiesbaden was among the top four in the third division in the 2010/11 season, KSV Hessen Kassel was allowed to compete in the DFB Cup despite losing the final.
