IC 1841 is a bar-spiral galaxy of the Hubble type SBb in the constellation Aries on the ecliptic . It is estimated to be 632 million light years from the Milky Way and about 130,000 light years in diameter.

The object was discovered by Stéphane Javelle on January 11, 1898 .
