IC 914 is a spiral galaxy of Hubble type Sc in the constellation Bootes the northern sky . It is estimated to be 434 million light years away from the Milky Way and has a diameter of about 90,000 ly.
In the same area of the sky are the galaxies IC 910 , IC 911 , IC 912 , IC 913 .
The object was discovered by Stéphane Javelle on June 17, 1892 .
