IC 907 is a bar-spiral galaxy with an active galaxy core of the Hubble type SBb in the constellation Great Bear in the northern sky . It is estimated to be 211 million light years away from the Milky Way and has a diameter of around 80,000 ly.
In the same area of the sky is the galaxy NGC 5250 .
The object was discovered by Lewis Swift on April 8, 1888 .
