The 1960/61 season was the 16th regular season of the International Hockey League . During the regular season, the eight teams should play 70 games each, but due to the early financially-conditioned departure of the Milwaukee Falcons , the schedule had to be fundamentally revised. Last year's winner St. Paul Saints prevailed again in the play-offs and won the second Turner Cup in their club's history.
