The 1954/55 season was the tenth regular season of the International Hockey League . During the regular season, the six teams played 60 games each. In the play-offs, the Cincinnati Mohawks prevailed and won the third Turner Cup in their club's history.

• The Louisville Shooting Stars stopped gaming.
• The Marion Barons stopped playing.
• The Milwaukee Chiefs stopped gaming.
