The 1954/55 season was the tenth regular season of the International Hockey League . During the regular season, the six teams played 60 games each. In the play-offs, the Cincinnati Mohawks prevailed and won the third Turner Cup in their club's history.
Team changes
The following changes were made before the start of the season:
- The Louisville Shooting Stars stopped gaming.
- The Marion Barons stopped playing.
- The Milwaukee Chiefs stopped gaming.
