The Milwaukee Falcons were an American ice hockey franchise of the International Hockey League based in Milwaukee , Wisconsin .

history

The team was founded in 1959 as a franchise of the International Hockey League . In their first season in 1959/60, the Falcons reached third place after the main round in the West Division of the IHL with 24 wins and 46 losses and thus did not qualify for the play-offs. After 17 league games were completed in the following season, the club stopped playing on November 26, 1960.
