The Milwaukee Clarks were an American ice hockey franchise of the International Hockey League based in Milwaukee , Wisconsin .
history
The Milwaukee Clarks were founded in 1948 and initially played in the International Hockey League. After a season that ended with third place in the South Division of the IHL, the Clarks moved to the Eastern Amateur Hockey League . There the club also spent a season and was then dissolved.
The association was sponsored by the American gas station chain Clark's Super Gas . The company adopted the colors of the orange-blue logo.
