Ingeborg Lapsien

Ingeborg Lapsien (born October 16, 1926 in Königsberg ; † June 5, 2014 ) was a German actress and voice actress .

Life

After graduating from school, Ingeborg Lapsien completed an acting training with Ruth von Zerboni (1946–1948) in Munich and also took singing lessons. In 1948 she made her stage debut in Munich. At the Münchner Kammerspiele she embodied a. a. under the direction of Brecht the Yvette in the mother Courage (next Therese Giehse in the title). Engagements in Tübingen, Hof, Trier, Bonn and Baden-Baden followed. In 1960 she brought Heinz Hilpert to the Deutsches Theater in Göttingen , of which she was a member until 1966. Since then she has been working as a freelancer and a. Guest performances in Frankfurt, Hamburg, Darmstadt, Düsseldorf and Bochum.

She mostly played great character roles such as the pirate Jenny in the Threepenny Opera (Baden-Baden), the Klytämnestra in Sartre's The Flies , the Elisabeth in Schiller's Maria Stuart (both Göttingen), the Marthe Schwerdtlein in Goethe's Faust (Munich), Fontane's wife Jenny Treibel (Darmstadt) and Bernarda Alba in Lorca's Bernarda Alba's house .

Ingeborg Lapsien was also frequently seen in film and television productions. She played in the Georg Elser portrait The Assassin , in the television series Büro, Büro the role of Katharina Wespe, in the Simmel films All People Become Brothers and God Protects Lovers , in the Heinz Rühmann comedy Oh Jonathan, oh Jonathan! , in the Böll adaptation group picture with lady , in the ZDF Christmas series Silas and the television satire Zwei Tote in the transmitter and Don Carlos in the PoGl . She also made a few guest appearances in television series such as Tracking the Offender , The Bull of Tölz , Two Heavenly Daughters , Derrick , Wolffs Revier and The Old One .

Ingeborg Lapsien died at the age of 87 and was buried in the community cemetery of Zell ( St. Michael ) in the Upper Bavarian community of Schäftlarn .
