Isiolo County (until 2010 Isiolo District ) is a county in Kenya . The capital of the county is Isiolo . In 2019, the county lived 268,002 people on 25,336.1 km². 12.5% of households are connected to the electricity grid. The Uaso Nyiro flows through the county .

Isiolo County is part of the Vicariate Apostolic Church of the Roman Catholic Church . In addition to several primary and secondary schools, the Catholic Church in County Isiolo runs children's homes, medical outpatient departments, a nursing school and a technical college . 27,000 Catholics live in County Isiolo.
