Janice Bolland

Janice Bolland , married. Bolland Tanner , (born January 25, 1966 in Cheyenne ) is a former American cyclist and world champion.

In 1990 Janice Bolland won the Tour of Somerville . The following year she won the bronze medal in the road race at the Pan American Games in Havana . The 1992 UCI Road World Championships , she won together with Danute Bankaitis-Davis , Jeanne Golay and Eve Stephenson the title in the team time trial at the 1993 World Championships , the US ranked team with Bolland, Golay, Stephenson and Deirdre Demet-Barry finished second . In 1996 Bolland became the American champion in cyclo-cross racing , and in 1997 she was runner-up.

In 2003, Janice Bolland was inducted into the Beaver County Sports Hall of Fame . Today she runs a bicycle shop with her husband.
