Jeanne Collonge (born March 30, 1987 in Firminy ) is a French triathlete . She is national champion in the long distance triathlon (2012) and is ranked first in the best list of French triathletes on the Ironman distance . (As of September 16, 2018)

Career

Jeanne Collonge started triathlon at the age of 17.

In 2005 she joined the national youth team and became French duathlon champion. In 2006 she became vice-European triathlon champion among juniors.

In September 2008 she was third in the U23 European Championship.

In November 2010, Jeanne Collonge started in Florida for the first time on the Ironman distance (3.86 km swimming, 180.2 km cycling and 42.195 km running) and finished sixth.

French champion triathlon long distance 2012

In 2012 she won the Embrunman French long-distance triathlon champion.

In June 2013 she finished fourth at the World Triathlon Long Distance Championship. In August she successfully defended her success from the previous year and won the Embrunman again. In 2015 she came second here.

In June 2016, she finished second after 5:52:24 h, but was disqualified because she had not completed a time penalty. On the long distance, she won the EDF Alpe d'Huez triathlon in July 2016 . In September she was second in the sixth edition of the Ironman Wales .

In September 2018 she was third in the middle distance at the first Ironman 70.3 Nice.

She is trained by Yves Cordier (European Triathlon Champion, 1989).
