The Saraçoğlu I cabinet was the 13th government of Turkey, which was led by Şükrü Saracoğlu from July 9, 1942 to March 9, 1943 .

In the parliamentary election on March 26, 1939 , only the Cumhuriyet Halk Partisi was allowed. President İsmet İnönü then commissioned the previous incumbent, Refik Saydam, to form a government. After Saydam's sudden death on July 8, 1942, Saracoğlu took over the office of Prime Minister. The government's term of office ended with the parliamentary election on February 28, 1943 and the cabinet remained in office until March 9, 1943.
