The Erdoğan IV cabinet is the 66th government of Turkey and was formed on July 9, 2018 after the parliamentary and presidential elections . With the constitutional amendments through the referendum in 2017 , the Council of Ministers was abolished and the President became the sole constitutional head of the executive. This cabinet is the first government in the country's new presidential system .
It is led by Recep Tayyip Erdoğan , who was elected President on June 24, 2018.
