The Saraçoğlu II cabinet was the 14th government of Turkey, which was led by Şükrü Saracoğlu from March 9, 1943 to August 7, 1946 .

In the parliamentary elections on February 28, 1943 , only the Cumhuriyet Halk Partisi was allowed. President İsmet İnönü then charged the previous incumbent Şükrü Saracoğlu with forming a government. The parliamentary election on July 21, 1946 ended the government's term of office, which remained in office until a new cabinet was formed. Saracoğlu then withdrew from active politics for health reasons and Recep Peker became the new Prime Minister.
