Kalinów (German: Kalinow ) is a village in Poland in Upper Silesia in the municipality of Strzelce Opolskie (Groß Strehlitz) in the powiat Strzelecki in the Opole Voivodeship .

The place was first mentioned in a document in 1393.
The property with Kalinow Castle (approx. 812 hectares) belonged from 1908 to 1923 to Karl von Brühl-Renard , the entertainer of Groß Strehlitz Castle .
In the referendum in Upper Silesia on March 20, 1921, 52 eligible voters voted to remain with Germany and 34 for Poland. At Gut Kalinow, 138 voted for Germany and 36 for Poland. Kalinow remained with the German Empire . In 1933 there were 469 inhabitants. On July 3, 1936, the place was renamed blossom au . In 1939 the place had 448 inhabitants. Until 1945 the place was in the district of Groß Strehlitz .
In 1945 the previously German place came under Polish administration and was renamed Kalinów and joined the Silesian Voivodeship. In 1950 the place came to the Opole Voivodeship . In 1999 the place came to the re-established Powiat Strzelecki .
