Karlo Hackenberger
Karlo Hackenberger (* 1969 in Berlin ) is a German actor , voice actor , singer , screenwriter , poet and short story writer .
Life
Karlo Hackenberger was born in Berlin in 1969. From 1983 to 1984 he was a student at the Allhallows School in England and graduated from high school in Berlin in 1988. In addition to his work as a voice actor, Hackenberger is also active as a singer.
He belonged to the music groups cam-era and Big Light . The latter band was the opening act for Wet Wet Wet in 1995 , which they also accompanied on a European tour. Hackenberger is currently part of the band KOY and is also pursuing his own project, The Smallest Band in the World .
Hackenberger has been working as a voice actor since 1997. In addition to various roles in films and series, he became known to a wider audience as the standard voice of Gale Harold as Brian Kinney in Queer as Folk (2000 to 2005) and as Jackson Braddock in Desperate Housewives (2007 to 2008). In House of Cards he speaks to Derik Cecil as press spokesman for Seth Grayson.
