The Piano Trio Würzburg was in 2001 in Würzburg as a chamber music - Ensemble founded in classical trio duty system piano , violin and cello .
The members of the trio also teach at the chair for music education at the University of Würzburg .
history
The Piano Trio Würzburg, founded in 2001, studied with Hatto Beyerle ( Alban Berg Quartet ) at the Hanover University of Music and Theater and with Sören Uhde at the Würzburg University of Music . It also attended master classes by Menahem Pressler and Siegfried Palm . The three musicians were trained as soloists at the music academies in Würzburg, Munich , Mannheim , Hanover, Lübeck and at the Salzburg Mozarteum .
After his debut in the Würzburg Residence , concert tours to Munich, Vienna, Paris, Berlin, Hamburg, Cologne, Essen, Dresden, Leipzig, Magdeburg, Hanover and Basel followed. The Würzburg piano trio could be heard or seen on radio and television, for example on Bayerischer Rundfunk , BR-alpha , Norddeutscher Rundfunk , Radio Bremen and Deutschlandradio Kultur .
The trio also performed at the Würzburg Mozart Festival , the Würzburg Bach Festival , the Mendelssohn Festival in Leipzig, the Jewish Culture Days in Bad Kissingen , in front of the Berlin Bode Museum , at the Heidelberg Music and Art Friends , the Gießen Master Concerts , the Goslar International Music Festival and the Herzberg Palace Concerts , the Bad Münder Master Concerts , the Bayreuth Festival Soirées , the Hohenloher Kultursommer, Spohr Summer Braunschweig , Oberstdorf Music Summer and in Munich's Allerheiligen Court Church and in the Gasteig .
Together with Ulrich Konrad , the Würzburg Piano Trio designed chamber music cycles by Mozart , Haydn , Beethoven , Schubert , Mendelssohn , Schumann , Brahms and Dvořák for the University of Würzburg , which were performed in the Würzburg Residence .
In addition, the members of the trio are lecturers for music education at the University of Würzburg, in the field of solo / instrumental or chamber music .
