Kleinkrossen is a district of the municipality of Uhlstädt-Kirchhasel in the Saalfeld-Rudolstadt district in Thuringia .

history

Kleinkrossen is to the left of the Saale near Uhlstädt . Opposite the river is Oberkrossen . Both places were a municipality until 1922. They were incorporated together to Uhlstädt. The federal road 88 leads through Uhlstädt and is easily accessible.

The hamlet was first mentioned in a document on February 3, 1698. Fishing and agriculture were once the main occupation of the residents.

In 2011 48 people lived in the district. You are now using tourism and land management in the association of the community of Uhlstädt-Kirchhasel.
