Krymskoje ( Russian Крымское , German Prätlack ) is a place in the Russian Oblast Kaliningrad ( Koenigsberg region (Prussia) ) and belongs to the Gorodskoje posselenije Schelesnodoroschnoje (township Schelesnodoroschny ( Gerdauen )) in the eastern Pravdinsk district ( Friedland district ) (.

Geographical location

Krymskoje is four kilometers east of the town of Schelesnodoroschny ( Gerdauen ) on the Russian trunk road A 196 (former German Reichsstrasse 131 ). Until 1945, the nearby wall coating (today Russian: Swerewo) was a train station on the railway line from Königsberg (Prussia) (today Russian: Kaliningrad) to Angerburg (today Polish: Węgorewo), which is no longer in operation.

The former Prätlack called rural community of 1874 was one of the seven municipalities that the newly established District wall paints (Russian: Zverevo) were formed. He belonged - even after he renamed "District Altenburg " (Wischnjowoje) in 1930 - and 1945 for the district Gerdauen in the administrative district of Konigsberg the Prussian province of East Prussia .

In 1910, 172 inhabitants were registered in Prätlack. Their number rose to 181 by 1933 and was 175 in 1939.

In 1945 Prätlack came with northern East Prussia to the Soviet Union and in 1950 was renamed “Krymskoje”. Until 2009 the place was - within the since 1991/92 Russian Oblast Kaliningrad - incorporated into the Wischnjowski Soviet (Dorfsowjet Wischnjowoje ( Altendorf )) and since then - due to a structural and administrative reform - has been classified as a "settlement" (possjolok) within the Gorodkoje posselenije Schelesnodoroschnoje (township of Schelesnodoroschny ( Gerdauen )) in Pravdinsk district .

Before 1945, the population was Prätlacks predominantly Protestant denomination and was in the parish Gerdauen (Russian: Schelesnodoroschny) in the same church district in the ecclesiastical province of East Prussia the Prussian Union of churches the parish. The last two German clergy were Pastors Heinz Reich and Richard Pfeffer .
