Novo-Bijskoje ( Russian Ново-Бийское , German Friedrichswalde, Gerdauen district ) is a place in the Russian Oblast Kaliningrad and belongs to the Gorodskoje posselenije Schelesnodoroschnoje (municipality of Schelesnodoroschny) in Pravdinsk district .
Geographical location
Novo-Bijskoje is located eleven kilometers north of the former district town of Schelesnodoroschny and one kilometer west of the Masurian Canal on a side road that connects Lipnjaki (on the former German Reichsstrasse 141 ) with Perewalowo on the Russian trunk road R 508 . There is no rail connection.
history
The former Friedrichswalde was one of the communal units that formed the newly built district of Schloss Gerdauen in 1874 . After its demise and short-term membership in the District Adam Walde (Russian: Novo Galitscheski) Friedrichswalde came to the District Traus , was and always remained until 1945 the district Gerdauen in the administrative district of Konigsberg the Prussian province of East Prussia belong.
In 1910 there were 218 residents in Friedrichswalde and the districts of Vorwerk Christinenfeld , Lablack (Ljublino), Vorwerk Neuhof and Wilhelmshof (Marinowka). Their number rose to 452 by 1933 and was 440 in 1939.
As a result of the Second World War , Friedrichswalde came to the Soviet Union with northern East Prussia in 1945 and in 1947 was given the Russian name "Novo-Bijskoje". Until 2009 the place was incorporated into the Wischnjowski Soviet (Dorfsowjet Wischnjowoje (Altendorf) ) within the Russian Oblast Kaliningrad since 1991/92 , but was then classified as a "settlement" (Russian: possjolok) due to a structural and administrative reform Village to Gorodskoje posselenije Schelesnodoroschnoje (township of Schelesnodoroschny) in Pravdinsk district .

Church life was hardly possible in the Soviet era . In the 1990s, new Protestant congregations emerged in Kaliningrad Oblast, the Novo-Biyskoye of which is closest to that in Druzhba .
