history
The place formerly called Linde was, as a former Vorwerk, a district of Wandlacken (Russian: Swerewo) and as such was closely linked to the history of the Wandlacken estate . Until 1930, the place was incorporated into the administrative district Wandlacken, then until 1945 it came to the administrative district Altendorf (Russian: Wischnjowoje). This means that Linde belonged until 1945 to the district Gerdauen in the administrative district of Konigsberg the Prussian province of East Prussia .
In 1945 Linde came to the Soviet Union with the northern part of East Prussia and in 1950 was named "Michailowka". Until 2009 the place was incorporated into the Wischnjowski Soviet (Dorfsowjet Wischnjowoje (Altendorf) ) within the Russian Oblast Kaliningrad since 1991/92 and since then - due to a structural and administrative reform - it has been classified as a "settlement" (possjolok) within the Gorodskoje Posselenije Schelesnodoroschnoje (township of Schelesnodorozhny ( Gerdauen )) in Pravdinsk district .
church
Before 1945, Linde was almost without exception a Protestant place and belonged to the parish of the Assaunen (Polish: Asuny) church in the Gerdauen (Russian: Schelesnodoroschny) church within the church province of East Prussia of the Church of the Old Prussian Union, which is now on Polish territory . The last German clergyman was Pastor Emil Stascheit .
Today Michailowka is in the area of the parish Chernyachovsk (Insterburg) , which belongs to the Kaliningrad provost of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of European Russia (ELKER).
