Kuhstedt is a district of the Gnarrenburg community in the Rotenburg (Wümme) district in Lower Saxony .

Kuhstedt is about 3 km from the core town of Gnarrenburg and is enclosed by Brillit and Altwistedt in the north, Gnarrenburg in the east, Hellingst in the west and Kuhstedtermoor in the south. The federal road 74 and the state road 112 run through the local area .

Buildings
- The Protestant Church of the Redeemer is a neo-Gothic hall church made of brick . It has a polygonal choir and a west tower. A Gothic hall church was demolished for the new building in 1892/93 .
