The 2015/16 LHJMQ season was the 47th season of the Ligue de hockey junior majeur du Québec . The regular season began on September 10, 2015 and ended on March 19, 2016. The Rouyn-Noranda Huskies won the trophy Jean Rougeau as the team with the highest points in the preliminary round for the second time in their history . The subsequent playoffs began on March 25, 2016, with the Rouyn-Noranda Huskies also prevailing and thus their first Coupe du Président .
