  The men's 110-meter hurdles at the European Athletics Championships in 1969 was held from September 18 to 20, 1969 in the Karaiskakis Stadium in Athens .
With silver and bronze there were two medals for the British hurdles in this competition. European champion was the Italian defending champion and 1968 Olympic bronze medalist Eddy Ottoz . He won the 400 meter hurdles from 1968 before the Olympic champion David Hemery . Bronze went to Alan Pascoe .
