List of architectural monuments in Ramersdorf

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

This page lists the monuments in the Munich district of Ramersdorf (Munich) in the district 16 Ramersdorf-Perlach . There is also a picture collection and a photo album with selected pictures for these monuments . This list is part of the list of architectural monuments in Munich . The basis is the Bavarian Monument List , which was first created on the basis of the Bavarian Monument Protection Act of October 1, 1973 and has since been maintained and updated by the Bavarian State Office for Monument Preservation . The following information does not replace the legally binding information from the monument protection authority.

Ensembles

  • Ramersdorf town center . The village, first mentioned in the early 11th century, has the pilgrimage church Maria Ramersdorf (15th century), the sacristan's house (15th century), the former electoral hunting lodge (18th century) and the churchyard with chapel and wall ( 17th century) is a remarkably cohesive group of buildings of great historical and urban significance, which can be seen together with the old inn founded in the 17th century and remodeled in the 19th century and the rural suburban houses of the late Wilhelminian era. (E-1-62-000-55)
Ramersdorf model estate
  • Ramersdorf model estate . Created in 1934 in connection with the German Settlement Exhibition based on a design by Guido Harbers . Self-contained area with z. Some rows of single and semi-detached houses as well as two-storey terraced houses separated by green strips. In situ - separated from the city - and greening committed to the garden city movement , on the one hand oriented towards the center of Ramersdorf with its high church tower and thus connected to the urban landscape, on the other hand structured by the village and church as a community. (E-1-62-000-56)
In addition to the houses built in 1934, a number of other houses are entered in the list of monuments as part of the Ramersdorf Model Estate ensemble. A legal dispute broke out in 2017 about the need for protection of a house built in the 1950s on Hohenaschauer Strasse.
  • Residential complexes on Loehleplatz . Picturesque group of residential buildings, 1907 to 1927, interrupted by the First World War, for the Association for the Improvement of Housing Conditions in Munich (today: Gemeinnütziger Wohnungsverein München 1899 eV ) under the leadership of Johann Mund and with the participation of Richard Fuchs, Hans Wagner, Liebergesell and Lehmann built. The development is, inaccordance withthe basic idea of Theodor Fischer's staggered construction plan, which came into force a little before, staggeredfrom the four-storey on Rosenheimer Strasse as an arterial road to the two-storey one on Weißkopfstrasse. The design of the corner buildings at the confluence of Maria-Lehner-Straße also creates urban planning access to the streets and squares inside the complex. The structures are, especially in so far as they originate from the beginning of construction work before the First World War, richly structured, even with modest dimensions, and arranged both symmetrically and asymmetrically. This loosens up the block development around a courtyard as well as the series of terraced houses - a prime example of picturesque urban development both as a whole and in detail, oriented towards the Ramersdorf Church as a visual target. The change in style to post-war architecture is noticeable, especially in the more recent buildings on Rosenheimer Strasse, but remains within the given framework. (E-1-62-000-30)

Remarks

  1. This list may not correspond to the current status of the official list of monuments. The latter can be viewed on the Internet as a PDF using the link given under web links and is also mapped in the Bavarian Monument Atlas . Even these representations, although they are updated daily by the Bavarian State Office for Monument Preservation , do not always and everywhere reflect the current status. Therefore, the presence or absence of an object in this list or in the Bavarian Monument Atlas does not guarantee that it is currently a registered monument or not. The Bavarian List of Monuments is also an information directory. The monument property - and thus the legal protection - is defined in Art. 1 of the Bavarian Monument Protection Act (BayDSchG) and does not depend on the mapping in the monument atlas or the entry in the Bavarian monument list. Objects that are not listed in the Bavarian Monument List can also be monuments if they meet the criteria according to Art. 1 BayDSchG. Early involvement of the Bavarian State Office for Monument Preservation according to Art. 6 BayDSchG is therefore necessary in all projects.
