The list of territorial changes in the state of Brandenburg after 2003 contains important changes in the municipal areas of the state of Brandenburg in the period from January 1, 2004 until today. These include amalgamation and separation of parishes, incorporation of parishes into another, changes to the name of the parish and major reclassifications of parts of one parish to another.
