1715 Dendro relocated rural buildings as significant regional architectural evidence
  • Residential stable house from Doberenz, Dorfstraße 25 (Obj. 08955324) from 1714 (d): The residential stable house in a four-sided courtyard was in a badly decaying state and could no longer be kept at its place of construction. The implementation in the newly founded Museum Schwarzbach from 1997 to 2000 took place in the state of a renovation from 1836. The quarry stone ground floor, which replaced a ground floor framework and probably a surrounding framework during the renovation, could not be relocated, but some inner walls of the upper floor as whole walls with a compartment, Plaster and paint. A large part of the framework and almost the entire roof structure could be erected again after repairs. The implementation meets scientific standards to a high degree. On the ground floor, built in brickwork, there is a meeting place in the space of the former stable. The hallway, the living room and the half-timbered upper floor are furnished with informative pieces about the rural way of life of the 19th century.
  • Side building from Leupahn, Hauptstraße 7 (Obj. 08955362): As a second cultural monument, a side building from Leupahn was built between 2000 and 2002 to create a courtyard situation at a right angle to the Doberenzer Haus with its facing gable. Above a stone stable, which was also rebuilt here with the implementation, there is a half-timbered upper floor with an arcade, which is then followed in the museum by a fully-timbered carriage house. The building shows at least a major renovation phase, the oldest timbers date back to 1669 (d). The building, which has also been relocated according to scientific principles, clearly shows its architectural history and is set up as a museum with a special focus on historical agriculture.
  • Stable building from Königshain, Dorfstraße 209 (Obj. 09236884): The small half-timbered building was dismantled in 2001/2002 and rebuilt opposite the Leupahn side building. In its external appearance, it follows the example found at the old location, it hides the view from the courtyard onto a newly built bakery and slaughterhouse in an adapted new design. Its use is integrated into that of the bakery and slaughterhouse.
  • Königsfelder Schmiede, Hauptstraße 11 (08955295): The Königsfelder Schmiede is one of the buildings that has been in the focus of rural monument preservation for several decades. But even here it was not possible to keep the house, which was still in good condition. The implementation from 2003 to 2006 is a fortunate circumstance, especially for the smithy, even if the stone ground floor from the construction period had to be lost. For this, however, in the house from 1687 (d), 1689 (i) in front of the living room, forging takes place again. A room with a historic bakery is located on the upper floor with its elaborately timbered timber frame. The roof structure can be seen from below by leaving the fields open between the roof beams. It is of a special construction and careful structure. The smithy shows itself at the new location with a younger annex, the shape and roof of which have been transferred, as an authentic testimony to rural craftsmanship. The carpentry work on this cultural monument was carried out in very good quality during the relocation. As for the roof structure from Zettlitz and the Poppitzer House described below, a true-to-form hand measurement was made for the scientific preparation of the implementation.
  • Poppitzer Wohnstallhaus, Poppitz, Mühlenstraße 7 (Obj. 09235209): The Wohnstallhaus from the Rochlitz district of Poppitz is one of the oldest rural architectural monuments in Saxony. The timber dates back to 1568 (d). The house, which was badly dilapidated at the time it was built, has been relocated since 2006 and saved from final loss. The collar beam roof with a single standing chair in the middle has been largely preserved like the upper floor framework. In the construction of the house, the scientific goals were set with a reconstructive part, unlike in the previous buildings. The ground floor, which was also built in quarry stone at the old location, could not be implemented, but to show the condition of a house in the 16th century, a half-timbered ground floor was built as a new building. Evidence of the half-timbered ground floor is documented by the long-column framing facing away and has also been restored here. After evidence of a surrounding area, such a building was reconstructed according to findings during the reconstruction, a block room is currently being built in the house in the dimensions of the building period. It is also about the overall context in the construction of a residential stable from the 16th century. The house is used solely for house and structural museum purposes.
  • Altgeringswalde, Untere Dorfstraße 67: This long-column construction from 1659 inevitably had to give way to a village street extension. The house scaffolding is sheltered from the weather in the museum and will hopefully be rebuilt as the next cultural monument in the museum.

All of the buildings or parts of the building mentioned were constructed very early on. They are among the oldest surviving rural residential and farm buildings in Saxony. Due to their partially singular construction, they are important for house research. Their monumental value is clearly a result of their great importance in terms of regional and house history. 1715 Dendro relocated rural buildings as significant regional architectural evidence.
  • Residential stable house from Doberenz from 1714 (d): The residential stable house of a four-sided courtyard could no longer be kept in its place of construction in a badly decaying state.

  • Side building from Leupahn: As a second cultural monument, a side building from Leupahn was built between 2000 and 2002 to create a courtyard situation at a right angle to the Doberenzer house at the gable facing it.
  • Stable building from Königshain: The small half-timbered building was dismantled in 2001/2002 and rebuilt opposite the Leupahn side building. In its external appearance, it follows the example found at the old location, it hides the view from the courtyard onto a newly built bakery and slaughterhouse in an adapted new design. Its use is integrated into that of the bakery and slaughterhouse.
  • Königsfelder Schmiede: The Königsfelder Schmiede is one of the buildings that has been in the focus of rural monument preservation for several decades.
  • Poppitzer stable house: The residential stable house from the Rochlitz district of Poppitz is one of the oldest rural architectural monuments in Saxony. The timber dates back to 1568 (d). The house, which was badly dilapidated at the time it was built, has been relocated since 2006 and saved from final loss. The collar beam roof with a single standing chair in the middle has been largely preserved like the upper floor framework. In the construction of the house, unlike the two previous buildings, the scientific goals were also set with a reconstructive part.
