Road bridge over the Zwickauer Mulde (Map) 1844 to 1846 five-bay bridge in porphyry, of supraregional and technical historical importance.

Five-bay bridge over Zwickauer Mulde, balconies protruding 1.5 m above pillars, rebuilt in 1947 after partial destruction in 1945.
It is a bridge with five circular segment arcs and rounded protruding pillars and accessible pulpits above. The bridge is 83.15 m long. The circular segment arcs have clear widths of 11.35 m + 3 × 13.75 m + 11.35 m. While the left three openings serve as stream openings, the right two arches only function as passages during high water. The bridge is characterized by balanced proportions with a simple design in combination with the beautiful color scheme of the Rochlitz porphyry.

History: Count Dedo von Groitzsch founded an Augustinian canons' monastery in Zschillen before 1168, the foundation stated in 1174 that it should serve as the ecclesiastical center for the settlement beginning in the area. Dissolution of the monastery in 1541, exchanged by Duke Moritz in 1543 for Hohnstein, Wehlen, Lohmen to the Lords of Schönburg (until 1945). The name Wechselburg, which was gradually gaining ground but was handed down as early as 1526, is associated with this change. (Dehio Sachsen II, p. 1008).
Landscape park : 21 ha, laid out under Alban von Schönburg.
Schönburgeichen : “In 1899, according to a good old custom, Count von Schönburg began to plant an oak tree for each birth of one of his 8 children as a symbol of perseverance and strength. Rood screen: 1230 to 1235, demolished in 1683, rebuilt in 1971/72, inner gatehouse in front of the vestibule: in the 14th or 15th century, with Wendelstein from 1476.

Winged altar (carved) by Franz Geringswald, 1512: the predella with the entombment of Catherine, in the shrine Anna Selbdritt next to Katharina and Georg, in the left wing Barbara and John the Baptist, in the right wing Saint Martin and Sebastian. 1869-1871 Railway viaduct over the Zwickauer Mulde; imposing bridge construction, railway bridge on the Leipzig – Kieritzsch – Chemnitz line, spans the Glauchau – Wurzen railway (Muldentalbahn), belongs to the Göltzschtalbrücke and the Elstertalbrücke to the important early bridge structures in Saxony and worldwide, an important witness of the ashlar bridge construction that developed in the 18th century , has a clear construction and high-quality execution, of importance in terms of building history, traffic history, technology history and landscape design. 21-arch, two-storey bridge on high pillars, the middle arches larger.
