Belt and window sill cornices, window frames with horizontal roofs and door portal in the same design. House closure through gable roof. On the gable roof there is a large roof pike in its original design and size. A shop with shop windows was added on the ground floor. The shop windows were given narrow skylights. Due to the small parts of their design, they fit into the overall appearance of the house without significantly impairing it. Another change is the partial replacement of the multi-leaf windows with single windows. This is a reversible construction project, which, however, slightly affects the appearance of the house. The house is part of a row of houses built at the same time using the same construction method. The neighboring buildings are partially more structurally designed than Gellertstrasse. 28 and was therefore not designated as a cultural monument. Due to the good original condition and the particularly typical appearance, the Gellertstr. 28 the building trade in the middle of the 19th century. At the same time, together with the neighboring buildings, it documents the urban development of Hainichen at the same time. The monument value of the house results from the building and urban development historical value of the house. (LfD / 2012).

1903 Former villa of the manufacturer Büschel in the Swiss style in very good original condition of architectural significance.

1903 residential house (villa) built for the co-owner of the Stein company based in Hainichen, the manufacturer Paul Büschel from Crumbach. For the design and construction, the master builders Jost u. Fischer from Crumbach / Hainichen responsible. The two-storey plastered building with a natural stone base rises above an irregular floor plan. The stone surrounds of the windows and the ornamental framework on the gable and the tower-like end of the corner bay form important design elements. Noteworthy are the windows dating from the construction period and the front door that was created at the same time, which was only moved outwards. The same also applies to the large three-part staircase window, which is offset in height and has etched glass. Inside, all of the room doors, some of them double doors, some stucco rosettes on the ceilings and tiled stoves and the three-flight wooden staircase have been preserved. Due to its authenticity, the house documents the architectural conceptions at the time it was built in an exemplary manner. At the same time, the building becomes a testimony to the building trade of that time. The monument value arises from the historical significance of the house. (LfD / 2014).

Northern part of the motorway bridge over the Kleine Striegis and over the Roßwein – Niederwiesa railway line (Map) 1952-1953 Newly installed roadway resting on a construction of natural stone-faced rammed concrete pillars with wide, brick round arches, of importance in terms of building history, traffic history and technology history, also shaping the landscape.

Motorway bridge of the BAB A4 , valley bridge over the Kleine Striegis (building 58), between the junctions Berbersdorf and Hainichen, predecessor building (solid steel girder bridge on four steel pendulum frames and abutments in the form of reinforced concrete hollow boxes veneered with reddish Mittweida granite) built 1935–1937 (design OBR Dresden), Blasted by the Wehrmacht on April 23, 1945, the replacement bridge was not erected until 1952, reusing the modified abutments and the IV pillar foundation, but due to the shortage of steel, the construction was no longer made of steel, but as an arched bridge in the form of two sub-structures each with ten stamped concrete piers and eleven brick vaults , Facing surfaces covered with reddish Meißner granite or Löbejun porphyry, opening of the northern part of the structure with two lanes (direction Karl-Marx-Stadt / Chemnitz) on December 30, 1953, 1954 cessation of construction work on the second part (direction Dresden) - the planned The continuation of the bridge construction was not carried out, at the beginning of the 1970s the renewal and expansion of the almost 35-year-old east-west connection (lane renewal, construction of rest areas), at the same time plans to expand the existing bridge to include the second sub-structure (project planning of a parallel, separate structure in the form of a concrete girder bridge with slender supports on every second pillar of the arch bridge), was again not carried out, 1992/1993 construction of the south bridge, instead the demolition of the three pillars built in 1954 for the second sub-structure, which was no longer built, demolition of the abutments to create the necessary construction freedom for the new bridge construction and in 1994/1995 as part of the renovation of the existing bridge (north bridge), the latter received not only new, now accessible abutments, but also a new superstructure in the form of a prestressed concrete deck slab protruding approx. 5.5 m on both sides.

  • North bridge (existing structure with new deck): Prestressed concrete slab on the existing structure (arch bridge with twelve pillars, originally ten pillars); Length: 311 m; Distance between pillars: 28.36 m; Clear arch width of the round arches: 24.62 m
  • Südbrücke (new construction from 1992/1993, no monument): single-cell prestressed concrete box girder on twelve hollow reinforced concrete pillars: total span: 357.36 m; Total width: 19.00 m.
  • Carriageway width of both bridge structures: 38.75 m with six lanes plus two hard shoulder lanes

Existing structure, despite partial loss of substance due to the new construction of the abutments and the addition of a new carriageway slab, continues to be of architectural, traffic and technical historical importance, and also characterizes the landscape, although its effect is impaired by the parallel concrete bridge (south bridge) - the design of the latter in turn follows the design in the 1970s for the second part of the structure (by VEB EIBS Dresden, formerly the design and engineering office of Strassenwesen, or EIBS Dresden for short, who supplied the design for the existing bridge in the 1950s, and the new construction of the south bridge as the EIBS design and engineering office of Strassenwesen Dresden GmbH responsible).
