The list of cultural monuments in Sellerhausen-Stünz contains the cultural monuments of the Leipzig district Sellerhausen-Stünz , consisting of the districts Sellerhausen and Stünz , which were recorded in the list of monuments by the State Office for Monument Preservation Saxony as of June 20, 2013.

"A residential building with stables and wash house for his workers according to the enclosed drawings" was formulated as a project in the building application of the Paunsdorf knight leaseholder and landowner, Captain August Ferdinand Breiting, submitted on February 15, 1887. Master bricklayer Heinrich Walther was under contract for the implementation. The 860 square meter property was on the outskirts, was a field plot and was originally intended as a school building site. It was not until 1890 that the three-storey house with six axes on the imaginary front side and five window axes on the access side was built, the requested loft apartment was refused by the building authorities. The entire building is covered with light-colored exposed clinker masonry above an unplastered rubble stone base. The conclusion is a tile-covered gable roof, divisions are carried out by red tile strips and molded parts made of artificial stone. For a long time the toilets were housed in the adjoining building - it wasn't until 1952 that toilets were installed in the house, the detached house has been reasonably renovated. The building marks the social commitment of the lordship of the manor in Paunsdorf and has an architectural historical value. LfD / 2018, 2019 |

The corner apartment building was built by the lithographer and type founder Friedrich Franz Heyer in the first half of 1890, with two rental areas each on the upper floors and a lodging and a shop apartment on the ground floor. Formerly there was a single-storey house on the property, which was raised by one floor in 1859. The architect Otto Lehmann was responsible for the design of the new building in 1889. Renovation work on the ground floor took place in 1906 and 1911–1912, affecting the shops. The tenement house built on an acute-angled plot of land with a broken corner, a four-story plastered facade and a tiled roof is effectively located. Historicist facade decoration was used cautiously. A partial renovation probably took place in 2002/2003. Together with the two neighboring tenement houses bordering Theodor-Heuss-Strasse (numbers 36a and 36), the Postreitergasse 2 building documents the historicist expansion of the city from Paunsdorf towards the Sellerhäuser corridor, opposite are the church, rectory and an Austrian memorial commemorating the battles of the Battle of the Nations 1813. The corner house at the wide intersection of Theodor-Heuss-Strasse and Riesaer Strasse shows itself to be effective, and has a historical value in terms of both building history and local development.
