List of French ambassadors in Norway
On August 3, 1905, the United Kingdom of Norway and Sweden, formed in 1814 with the capital Stockholm, was dissolved by a referendum. Since then, France has also had an embassy in Norway. From 1877 to 1924, Oslo was known as Kristiania. In 1925 the address of the French embassy was: Huntleldtsgade 3, Oslo ; today it is Drammenveien 69, Oslo .
