Madicin
Madizin (also known as Silverjam ) is a production team for pop music from Hamburg , consisting of three members Patrick Benzner, Dave Roth and Serhat Sakin. Her most commercially successful release to date is the top 10 single Achterbahn ( Helene Fischer ).
Career
Madizin's career
The production team was founded in 2014 from the three Hamburg music producers Patrick Benzner, Dave Roth and Serhat Sakin. Even before they merged, the producers each celebrated great chart successes. At the beginning of the millennium, Benzer already celebrated chart successes with Oli.P or also Normal Generation? . Roth had some chart hits together with Patrick Nuo and Buddy . In 2005 the two worked together for the first time and produced or wrote songs for Tokio Hotel . The collaboration between Benzer, Roth and Tokio Hotel lasted four years. This resulted in three number one albums and four number one hits in Germany . Worldwide prizes as well as gold and platinum awards followed . From the end of 2013 to the beginning of 2014 the two worked together again. Together they produced the debut album The Unknown by the German singer-songwriter Madeline Juno . The album reached the German charts as well as the Swiss hit parade . The singles Error and Like Lovers Do celebrated further chart successes in Germany and became soundtracks for Fack ju Göhte and Pompeii . Sakin was previously part of the Hamburg producer duo Syke'n'Sugarstarr . This produced, among other things, its own sound carriers and for Alexandra Prince . Apart from Syke'n'Sugarstarr, Sakin produced the Disco Boys , with whom he also celebrated his greatest success. The common single For You reached the charts in Germany and Austria and was awarded a platinum record in Germany.
Foundation of Madizin
After working on Madeline Juno's The Unknown , Sakin joined Benzer and Roth. From then on, the three worked together under the pseudonym "Madizin". The trio made their first joint production for Tokio Hotel, resulting in the album Kings of Suburbia . On October 24, 2014, the trio's first single, Gladiators , was released . This is a collaboration with the Hamburg DJ Jan Leyk . The single was the trio's only active chart success to date. In 2015, the author participations and productions for the two Leyk + Decoy singles Ne Second Summer and Wir were there followed . The singles celebrated chart successes in Germany and Austria and became the first chart successes that the trio celebrated as an author and producer. Benzer, Roth and Sakin also began doing remixes for well-known artists such as Glasperlenspiel or Lena Meyer-Landrut that year. In 2016 the producer trio produced two songs for Kerstin Ott , one song for Michelle and the second studio album Salvation for Madeline Juno. From then on, the trio also published productions under the pseudonym "Silverjam", whereby the contributions under the pseudonym can largely be assigned to the hit . In the following year there followed author participations and productions for Helene Fischer , Jule Hermann , Vanessa Mai , Armando Quattrone and Franziska Wiese . With the title roller coaster (Helene Fischer), the three celebrated their greatest success to date since their merger. The single hit the charts in Germany, Austria and Switzerland at the same time and became a top 10 success in Germany . In 2018 wrote and produced the three tracks for Glasperlenspiel , Vanessa Mai, Michelle and the album Calabria for Armando Quattrone. In addition, with Jogipalöw (The Jogi Song), Madizin's third single was released. The single was created with the German comedian Matze Knop and is a cover version of Andreas Gabalier's Hulapalu .
