Maleniec (German Malenz , Kashubian Môlëńc ) is a village in the Polish Pomeranian Voivodeship , part of the municipality Dębnica Kaszubska ( Rathsdamnitz ) in the powiat Słupski ( Stolp district ). With its 72 inhabitants, the place is incorporated into the Schulzenamt Gogolewko .

Geographical location and transport links

Maleniec is located on a side street that connects Głobino ( Gumbin ) on Voivodship road 210 and Dobieszewo ( Groß Dübsow ) with Podkomorzyce ( Niemietzke ) on Voivodship road 211 , and can be reached via the Gogolewko ( Neu Jugelow ) junction .

To 1945 rail connection via the station Budow (today Polish: Budowo) of Stolpe Talbahn the railway Stolp-Budow (Słupsk-Budowo). At that time, “In der Malenz” was also used as a landscape name and included the region around the Malenz stream up to the confluence with the Schottow in a length of about five kilometers.
