Maria Höfl is a village in the Carinthian market town of Metnitz with 11 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2020). The village lies entirely in the territory of the cadastral community of Grades .
location
The village is located on the right in the upper Metnitz valley, on the slopes along the L62b state road west of the village of Grades to the Maria Höfl branch church .
history
As part of the tax and cadastral community of Grades, the houses now known as Maria Höfl became part of the community of Grades in the course of the reforms after the revolution of 1848/49. In 1973 the municipalities of Grades and Metnitz were merged, so that today the village belongs to the municipality of Metnitz.
