Montefiorino is an Italian commune ( comune ) with 2129 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019) in the province of Modena in Emilia-Romagna . The municipality is located about 50 kilometers from Modena in the Unione di Comuni Montani Valli Dolo, Dragone e Secchia and borders directly on the province of Reggio Emilia . The Dolo forms the north-western boundary of the municipality.
