NGC 360 is a spiral galaxy of Hubble type Scd in the constellation Toucan on southern sky . It is estimated to be 98 million light years from the Milky Way and about 110,000 light years in diameter.
The object was discovered on November 2, 1834 by the British astronomer John Frederick William Herschel .
