The National Football League 1950s All-Decade Team includes the list of the best NFL players of the 1950s. The players are accepted by election. American football players are elected by those responsible for the Pro Football Hall of Fame . You are recognized for your achievements as a player. An automatic inclusion in the hall of fame of American football is not connected with it. The players are only honored in the NFL record books. In the 1950s, players could still be found playing in different positions. The specialization of the players made strong progress. For the first time, players were considered separately for defense and offense when choosing the honor roll . A kicker was also chosen for the first time .
