The National Olympic Committee of Ukraine ( Ukrainian Національний олімпійський комітет України / Nazionalnyj olimpijskyj komitet Ukrajiny ) is the National Olympic Committee (NOK), which organizes and represents the interests of Ukraine and represents the interests of Ukraine in the International Olympic Movement (IOC) within Ukraine and the International Olympic Committee .

On December 22nd, 1990, the founding assembly took place and in September 1993 the NOK of Ukraine was recognized by the International Olympic Committee.

The main goals of the NOK of Ukraine are participation in the Olympic Games as well as the expansion of international cooperation and the promotion of popular sport in Ukraine.

The Ukrainian NOK is based in the Kiev district of Podil .

The chairman of the NOK of Ukraine has been the former pole vaulter Serhiy Bubka since 23 June 2005 , succeeding the former Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych .
