The National University of Theater and Film Arts "Ion Luca Caragiale" ( Romanian Universitatea Națională de Artă Teatrală şi Cinematografică “ILCaragiale” , abbreviation UNATC ) is a theater and film school in Bucharest . The public university is located at Matei Voievod 75-77 in Sector 2 and is named after the Romanian writer and playwright Ion Luca Caragiale .

The university is divided into two faculties . At the film faculty you can study direction, camera, editing and audiovisual communication, which includes script, criticism and public relations. At the theater faculty you can study acting, theater directing, stage design, choreography, puppetry and theater studies.
