Neunhofer Forest

The Neunhofer Forst is the part of the Sebalder Reichswald north of the Nuremberg districts Neunhof and Großgründlach . The 10.17 km² state forest is a municipality-free area in the Central Franconian district of Erlangen-Höchstadt .

The Kraftshofer Forst borders in the south-east, the Tennenlohe Forest and the Kalchreuther Forest in the north . The bundesstraße 4 runs along the western edge. At the intersection with the plane passing through the area highway A3 which is located connection point Tennenlohe . There is a motorway parking lot in the Neunhofer Forest area . The Gründlach flows through the forest from east to west. One of the foothills of the Tiegelerdberg is the highest point.
