Nippo-Vini Fantini-Faizanè was an Italian - Japanese cycling team based in La Spezia .
The team was founded in 2008 under the name Centri della Calzatura with a Serbian license and initially took part in the UCI Continental Circuits as the UCI Continental Team . In the next few years, the team drove under different names, partly with a Japanese, partly with an Italian license. Since 2015 the team has had a license as a UCI Professional Continental Team . One of the team's greatest successes was a stage win by Damiano Cima at the Giro d'Italia 2019 .
At the end of the 2019 season, the team stopped its activity. After a reform of road cycling, it no longer seemed possible to continue running the team with the same budget. In the various seasons, the team achieved a total of 57 wins. It was not involved in any doping case. The last main sponsor Nippo will support the French formation Nippo Delko Provence from 2020 .
