Norbit is an American comedy film of Brian Robbins from the year 2007 .

action

Norbit grows up as an orphan with Mr. Wong in an orphanage. He is considered an outsider in childhood and is only friends with Kate, who is adopted, which is why he is alone. One day, in a playground, he is molested by two boys and gets help from fat Rasputia, who immediately declares him to be her boyfriend.

As an adult, Norbit is forced to marry fat Rasputia, whose brothers are involved in illegal business. He not only works for the Rasputias family, but is also psychologically dependent on them.

Norbit and Kate meet again and fall in love, although Kate is now engaged to Deion Hughes. Rasputia forbids Norbit to have any contact with Kate, and at the same time she has an affair with her aerobic trainer. Her brothers plan to take over the orphanage, which is to be converted into a brothel called “Nipplopolis”. They work with Deion Hughes, who hopes that marrying Kate could help him take over the property while also gaining access to Kate's remaining fortune.

It turns out that Hughes has a criminal past as a marriage fraud and has been married four times. Norbit reveals his love to Kate and marries her. After their wedding, they take over the orphanage together, where they both grew up.
