At the XVIII. At the 1964 Summer Olympics in Tokyo , seven weightlifting competitions were held. The venue was the Shibuya City Hall ( 渋 谷 公会 堂 , Shibuya Kōkaidō ) in the Shibuya district . The Olympic competitions also counted as world championships for this year.
