The men's Alpine Combination at the 2010 Winter Olympics was held on February 21, 2010 in the Whistler Creekside ski area . The race consisted of a downhill run and a slalom run, from which both times resulted in the total time.

American Bode Miller won the gold medal . Ivica Kostelić from Croatia won silver and the bronze went to Silvan Zurbriggen from Switzerland .
