The province of Oran ( Arabic ولاية وهران, DMG Wilāyat Wahrān , tamazight ⴰⴳⴻⵣⴷⵓ ⵏ ⵡⴻⵀⵔⴰⵏ Agezdu n Wehran ) is a province ( wilaya ) in northwestern Algeria .
