Pan American Games 2019 / Athletics - Women's 20 km walk

The women's 20 km walk at the 2019 Pan American Games took place on August 4 at Kennedy Park in the Peruvian capital, Lima .

15 walkers from ten countries entered the competition. Sandra Arenas won the gold medal after 1:28:03 h, which was also a new record for the Pan American Games. Silver went to Kimberly García with 1:29:00 h and the bronze medal was won by Érica de Sena with 1:30:34 h.
