The pole vault men at the Pan American Games in 2019 took place on 10 August at the Villa Deportiva Nacional in the Peruvian capital Lima instead

Eleven pole vaulters from nine countries took part in the competition. The gold medal was won by Chris Nilsen with 5.76 m, silver went to Augusto Dutra with 5.71 m and the bronze medal was won by Clayton Fritsch with 5.61 m.
