Pavel Konovalov (athlete)

Pawel Trofimovich Konovalov ( Russian Павел Трофимович Коновалов , English transcription Pavel Trofimovich Konovalov ; born February 13, 1960 ) is a former Soviet sprinter who had specialized in the 400-meter run .

In 1982 he won the European Athletics Indoor Championships in Milan . In the summer he was sixth at the European Athletics Championships in Athens and won bronze with the Soviet team in the 4 x 400 meter relay .
